Role Overview:

The Showroom representative is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by managing product displays, attending walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring smooth showroom operations. The role involves sales support, product demonstration, inventory handling, and maintaining showroom hygiene and branding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Handling & Sales

• Welcome and greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide them appropriately.
  
• Demonstrate products with complete product knowledge and specifications.
  
• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
  
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
  

Showroom Operations

• Ensure product displays are neat, well-arranged, and in line with company standards.
  
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
  
• Update price tags, offers, and promotional materials regularly.
  
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, ambiance, and hygiene at all times.
  
• Keep track of daily footfall and prepare basic reports for management.
  

Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on product features, variants, pricing, and new launches.
  
• Share customer feedback with the sales and product team.
  

Billing & Documentation

• Assist in billing, payment collection, and invoicing process.
  
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
