Role Overview: Quick Clean Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a General Manager Human Resources to lead the HR strategy and initiatives in alignment with the company's growth plans and culture-building efforts. As the GMHR, you will play a crucial role in shaping a performance-driven and people-first culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive Quick Clean's HR strategy to support the 5x growth plans. - Advise the CEO on organizational structure, workforce planning, and leadership development. - Establish core values and enhance company culture through internal branding and engagement programs. - Develop a high-performance talent acquisition process for corporate and client sites. - Enhance employer branding efforts to attract top talent in operations, tech, and commercial roles. - Oversee onboarding programs for seamless integration and cultural assimilation. - Implement performance management frameworks and continuous feedback mechanisms. - Design and execute leadership development programs and succession plans. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations across multi-state operations and 3P workforce. - Standardize HR standard operating procedures (SOPs) for corporate and site-level operations. - Lead HR technology implementation for automation, analytics, and employee self-service. - Establish real-time dashboards for monitoring attrition, hiring, engagement, and productivity. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in scaling HR functions in a growth-stage company, preferably in the services/logistics/hospitality/infra sectors. - Strong understanding of multi-state HR compliance, contract workforce management, and site HR operations. - Ability to balance strategic HR vision with hands-on execution. - High energy and emotionally intelligent leader comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. - MBA in HR/IR from a reputed institute is preferred.
