Role Overview: As a GM Finance & Accounts for a reputed multi-plant manufacturing organization in Faridabad, your main responsibility will be to lead end-to-end financial operations. This includes managing P&L, budgeting, compliance, and banking. You will also be driving SAP implementation and process optimization across plants to enhance efficiency. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements and contributing to strategic decision-making through insights and financial planning. Additionally, you will play a key role in preparing the organization for IPO-readiness by aligning systems effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end financial operations, including P&L management, budgeting, compliance, and banking. - Drive SAP implementation and process optimization across plants. - Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements. - Contribute to strategic decision-making with insights and financial planning. - Prepare the organization for IPO-readiness by aligning systems. Qualification Required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 18+ years of experience.
