GM Finance & Accounts

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliances (GST, TDS/TCS, ROC filings, etc.) and coordinate internal/external audits.

Lead, mentor, and manage the Accounts & Finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Manage cash flow, banking operations, and optimize working capital.

Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor and analyze product costing, variance analysis, and drive cost-saving initiatives (crucial in the Iron & Steel sector).

Present financial results, MIS reports, and insights to Senior Management and stakeholders.

Supervise the effective utilization and maintenance of the ERP system for financial data management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be a CA (Chartered Accountant) qualified professional.

Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Finance & Accounts domain.

Mandatory experience in the Iron & Steel Manufacturing sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
