GM Finance & Accounts

As the Head of Accounts & Finance at our Corporate Office in Noida, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the consolidated accounts of the entire group, including all group companies and subsidiaries. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while developing and implementing accounting policies, procedures, and controls. Your strategic input will be key in developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive the financial success of the organization. In this role, you will be expected to prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, while closely monitoring and analyzing financial performance and variances. Compliance with accounting standards and regulations will be a top priority, and you will be managing relationships with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure adherence. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes across the organization. Collaboration with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives will be essential. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading and developing the accounting team, fostering a culture of task orientation, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate for this position will possess over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong corporate-based profile. Holding a Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a Chartered Accountant certification. A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, corporate accounting, and a total of 10 years of work experience are required. Proficiency in English is essential for this role. This is a full-time position, requiring your presence in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, from Monday to Friday.
