Summary & Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.

• Taxation Expertise:

Manage and oversee all direct and indirect tax matters, including compliance with Indian and international tax laws.

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes.

• Financial Reporting & Compliance:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adherence to accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Internal Audit & Controls:

Oversee internal audit functions and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure operational efficiency.

• Corporate Finance:

Handle corporate finance activities, including treasury, fundraising, and managing relationships with financial institutions.

• Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Experience:

10+ years of progressive experience in finance and audit, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or managerial role.

• Industrial Training:

Proven experience gained through CA industrial training, focusing on corporate finance functions.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in direct and indirect taxation (including international taxation/transfer pricing, if applicable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a specific industry, such as technology, manufacturing, or healthcare.
• Exposure to both traditional corporate finance and modern startup ecosystems.
