Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the accounts and finance team, to analysts, and organizational objectives.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial report finalisation. cash flow management, and risk management.
To update on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support business decisions.

To Manage the annual/monthly/weekly budgeting process, working closely with department heads and senior management to develop and review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans etc.,

- Financial Performance Monitoring: Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and trends, and providing recommendations for improvement. - Team Leadership:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

- Senior management and the board of directors, presenting financial performance, forecasts, and recommendations.

- To oversee accounting department and manage financial operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Required
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial management, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in accounting standard and analysis of reports with strong SAP knowledge.
To accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the department, promoting teamwork, professional development, and excellence.
