Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager at Teamware, your role will involve establishing and governing project management frameworks to ensure clear milestones, deliverables, and accountability across global regions. You will drive stakeholder alignment by facilitating structured governance reviews, preparing decision-ready materials, and escalating risks with recommended solutions. Your responsibilities will also include owning the cadence of global reporting, partnering with cross-functional teams to synchronize pipelines, developing and maintaining program documentation, anticipating risks, and proactively designing mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and govern project management frameworks for clear milestones and accountability - Drive stakeholder alignment through structured governance reviews - Own the global reporting cadence for transparency of progress and business outcomes - Partner with cross-functional teams to synchronize pipelines and eliminate blockers - Develop and maintain program documentation for consistency and repeatability - Anticipate risks, design mitigation strategies, and track issues to resolution - Introduce process improvements and innovation for enhanced execution efficiency - Support change management by evangelizing the vision of the program - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leaders on program impact Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of project management and governance experience in a global, matrixed organization - Strong governance and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Proficiency with project management tools and reporting/dashboards - Experience in designing and running governance frameworks and executive-level reporting - Outstanding communication and storytelling skills - Ability to identify gaps and implement process improvements - Self-driven, proactive, highly organized with a bias for execution and outcomes If interested in this opportunity, please share your CV to manasa.a@twsol.com.,
