Job Description

As a Sr. Associate - Global Mobility, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's global mobility programs. This includes overseeing corporate travel operations, immigration processes, vendor relationships, providing assistance to employees on international/domestic assignments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise in global mobility practices and previous success in a similar role will be valuable for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage global mobility operations effectively to support the company's strategic objectives. - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. - Vendor Management: Handle relationships with travel/relocation companies and immigration attorneys, including communication, quality checks, rate negotiations, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Assist employees with international/domestic assignments by offering pre-departure briefings, relocation aid, and ongoing support. - Oversee the global mobility budget and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. - Stay abreast of global mobility trends and best practices to enhance program efficiency. - Coordinate end-to-end processes for international & domestic assignments, such as assignment letters, POE letters, and travel logistics. - Ensure seamless corporate travel operations and be available to address unforeseen issues during travel. - Guarantee compliance with travel, visa, and immigration regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge. - Risk Management: Identify, analyze, evaluate, treat, monitor, and review potential risks associated with global mobility activities. - Provide detailed reports and analysis on global mobility transactions and activities. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in managing global mobility programs or related roles. - Strong understanding of global mobility practices and regulations. - Proven track record of successful vendor management. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and external partners effectively. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. - Knowledge of travel, visa, and immigration compliance regulations. This role is full-time and permanent, requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
