General Role Description

Perform Mobility Consultants tasks and Inquiry Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive Assignment allocation and facilitate full life cycle of the international transfer of Assignee (Start of Assignment, Extension, Localization and Repatriation)
  • Send initial communication and Consent form to Assignee and follow-up in case the latter has not been signed yet
  • Initiate Immigration, Relocation, and Tax services for International Assignee.
  • Coordinate with assignee and Home/Host HR for any requirements necessary for the assignment
  • Follow up status of immigration papers with Immigration vendor, if applicable
  • Notify Assignee and Home/Host Manager if immigration papers were approved or denied
  • Update/maintain Assignment record, as necessary
  • Identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve Issues identified within the process
  • Monitor and process tickets in ticket system. Resolve and close tickets/cases
  • Complete additional tasks delegated by the Team Leader/Manager
  • Assist in the creation of job aids for related processes, if necessary
  • Delivers country specific Process
  • Attend to employee concerns and handle escalations raised to Tier 2 Mobility, if necessary
  • Provide the client with support and data for any internal and external audits. Ensure compliance to the client’s existing standards and other applicable laws.
  • Conduct regular Process testing to ensure that processes meet business controls requirements.

Inquiry Management

  • Receive emails/tickets via Tier 1 & Tier 2 Mobility and resolve them if in scope
  • Identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve issues identified within process
  • Monitor, process and resolve tickets in ticket system.
  • Ensures contact with country process teams to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of designated processes for countries covered
