Global Lead - Trademarks and Copyrights

Role Overview: As a Trademark and Copyright Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global trademark strategy for the company's products, brands, and business divisions. This involves overseeing trademark prosecution, opposition, renewals, and enforcement worldwide. Your role will also include conducting risk assessments, clearance searches, and providing strategic advice on new trademarks. Managing disputes, oppositions, cancellations, and litigation related to trademarks will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with marketing, R&D, and commercial teams is crucial to ensure proper trademark use.
