Conduct CDD and EDD for high-risk clients, verifying identities and financial sources. Utilize LexisNexis for screening, risk assessments, and enhanced due diligence. Analyze complex ownership structures of corporations, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals. Monitor transactions for suspicious activity, sanctions violations, and potential money laundering cases. Ensure compliance with AML policies, FATCA, CRS , and global regulatory frameworks. Assess client risk profiles and maintain accurate compliance documentation . Collaborate with front office, compliance, and legal teams for smooth onboarding. Stay updated on sanctions lists, regulatory changes , and enhance compliance controls.
