Role - Global Helpdesk Support

1. Revision of the user manual based on instructions from the IT section.

2. Provide technical support for G-Base Software (Main frame) and PEGA system.

3. Assist end users with software and hardware issues.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems

5. Ensure systems are running efficiently

6. Document and track support tickets

Qualification / Skill requirements

1. 10- 12 years of experience in Help Desk Support

2. Experience with G-Base Software (Main frame) and PEGA system will be added advantage.

3. Robust/outstanding communication and presentation skills.

4. Proficiency in Business English

5. Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc)

6. Qualification: Graduate in computer science

7. Experience working in banking support is desirable

8.Prior experience working in email support is desirable
