Job Summary Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Support Analyst to join our team, responsible for maintaining and supporting large-scale mainframe banking systems. In this role, you will ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical banking applications. The Support Analyst will serve as a key technical resource, providing expert-level support, incident resolution, and proactive system management to facilitate seamless banking operations. Your contributions will directly impact operational efficiency, system reliability, and customer satisfaction.
