Global Head - Workforce Management (Director / SVP)

As the Global Head - Workforce Management, your primary role will be to lead the Workforce Management, Demand planning, and fulfilment activities across entities worldwide. You will be responsible for designing and implementing an enterprise workforce fulfilment framework. Your key responsibilities will include empowering talent teams to incorporate demand plans, leveraging internal and external talent intelligence through demand supply analytics, strategic talent fulfilment modelling, and driving capability transformation. In this role, you will also be expected to provide guidance on productivity enhancement opportunities, internal talent development initiatives, and strategic hiring strategies in close collaboration with sourcing, learning, and talent teams.
