Global Head - Workforce Management (Bangalore / Hyderabad)

Incumbant will Head the Workforce Management, Demand planning and fulfilment across entities globally.
Will design and roll out enterprise workforce fulfilment framework.
Will empower talent teams to embed demand plans, enable internal and external talent intelligence through demand supply analytics, strategic talent fulfilment modelling, and capability transformation
Would advise on productivity opportunities, internal talent development and strategic hiring in collaboration with sourcing, learning and talent teams
