Job Description

Role: CTO Change Management Lead Executive Director lead the international change management function within the CTO organization.
The role will cover infrastructure, cybersecurity, and modernization programs, with a strong focus on driving transformation and simplification across regions
Lead and oversee infrastructure transformation and operational resilience initiatives.
Manage a core team of 6- 7 direct reports, while influencing a wider team of 15 - 16 across international locations.
Drive programs related to cybersecurity, cloud connectivity, identity and access management (IAM), and simplification strategy.
Ensure strategic alignment with business priorities and effective stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
