Transparency Around Compensation (Read This Carefully)

This is an unpaid internship. But it's not free labor. You’ll choose one of the following:

Option A:

Performance-based stipend after 45 days based on your KPIs, ownership & outcomes

Option B:

Contribute like a founding team member and unlock equity-linked opportunity tied to milestones

Either way — your work won’t go unrecognized. We document, acknowledge, and reward impact.
