Global Bank Loans Onboarding

Role Overview: You will be an Associate I within the Global Bank Loans team at JPMorgan. Your main responsibility will be to assist in the onboarding, servicing, and maintenance of bank loans across global traditional fund services. Your primary focus will be on the Onboardings team, where you will collect necessary data, establish accounts, load positions, reconcile day one positions, and ensure a smooth transition to operations teams after onboarding. Success in this role requires proactivity, organization, and agility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for each project, overseeing end-to-end onboarding activities and communication with fund managers. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the bank loan model and present it to clients and fund managers. - Process trade, lifecycle, and settlement activities for all bank loan types. - Monitor and complete multiple JIRAs daily. - Utilize multi-source reconciliation models to investigate and resolve discrepancies during Production Parallel stages. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. - Demonstrate a self-starting ability with a strong entrepreneurial attitude. - Possess strong English speaking and writing skills. - Operate effectively in a global and matrix-managed organization. - Have strong technical skills, including knowledge of accounting principles. - Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and counterparties. - Willing to work EMEA shift and be flexible with working hours.
