Role Summary

The Global Partner Development Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partner organizations across multiple countries, with specific emphasis on partners experienced in payroll processing and fulfilling all statutory requirements in their jurisdictions. This role drives the global expansion of our partner ecosystem to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and value delivery in every market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard partners with proven track records in payroll management and statutory compliance within their respective countries.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with partner organizations and support their growth within the company's partner ecosystem.
  • Assess and map partner capabilities to align with regional business goals and statutory obligations.
  • Oversee ongoing partner performance, supporting partners to deliver high-quality payroll and compliance solutions.
  • Guide partners in interpreting and implementing local payroll regulations, tax withholdings, social security, benefits, and statutory filings accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, product, and operations) for market entry, solution development, and compliance verification.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and provide partners with best practices, training, and support for regulatory changes.
  • Address escalated partner issues, ensuring clients receive compliant and timely services.
  • Track regulatory developments and assist partners in keeping processes and documentation up to date.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years experience in Global partner management, channel development, or business development, preferably in HR, payroll, or compliance domains.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
