Mission
Support the Global Accounts Payable (AP) organization by leading reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring across regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC). This role ensures visibility, consistency, and insight into AP operations while driving process alignment and continuous improvement within the Finance Operations transformation program. The position plays a key leadership role in influencing regional teams and fostering best practices globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of global AP performance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
 - Consolidate and analyze AP data from all regions to provide insights, trends, and improvement opportunities.
 - Ensure alignment of reporting standards, processes, and methodologies across shared service and regional teams.
 - Partner with the Global Accounts Payable Director and Regional AP Manager's to monitor service quality, efficiency, and compliance across BPO and captive operations.
 - Act as a bridge between global leadership and the SSC to support process consistency and governance.
 - Contribute to transformation and automation initiatives by defining reporting needs and supporting digital solutions.
 - Drive collaboration across time zones and cultures, fostering a unified and data-driven AP performance culture.
 - Provide transparency on AP performance, risks, and opportunities to global and regional stakeholders.
 
Requirements
-  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
 -  7+ years experience in Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, or Shared Services roles preferred.
 -  Proven expertise in AP processes, KPI reporting, and performance management.
 -  Strong data analysis and reporting skills with proficiency in ERP and BI tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Excel).
 -  Experience working with outsourced/BPO environments and global stakeholders.
 -  Excellent communication, cultural awareness, and leadership presence.
 -  Ability to influence and collaborate across regions without direct operational control.
