Global Accounting and Finance Trainer

Role & responsibilities

Deliver training sessions on:

• Introduction to Accounting
• Financial Statements & Financial Analysis
• Introduction to Finance
• Accounting Software & Tools (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP basics)
• Advanced Accounting Concepts
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Taxation Basics (GST, Income Tax fundamentals)
• IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Global Financial Markets
• Risk Management in Financial Markets
• Corporate Governance & Ethics
• Financial Modeling & Valuation (Excel-based)
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Sustainability & ESG in Finance
• Prepare and update training material, PPTs, assignments, quizzes, and case studies.
• Guide students in hands-on projects, financial modeling exercises, and real-time datasets.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Maintain student progress records and ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Train learners on industry practices, financial tools, and software applications.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum quality and relevance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or MBA (Finance).
• Preferred certifications: CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA Level 1/2.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, IFRS, taxation, analysis, and valuation.
• Proficiency in accounting software: Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho; plus Excel (Advanced).
• Understanding of global markets, risk management, and ESG frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify concepts and engage learners effectively.

Experience

• 3–5 years experience

  in teaching/training Accounting and Finance.
• Experience in corporate training, EdTech, coaching institutes, or academic roles preferred.
• Exposure to live finance projects, financial modeling, or industry work is a plus.
