Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Glaucoma Consultant/Surgeon at our Bengaluru location. The Glaucoma Consultant/Surgeon will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients with glaucoma and other complex eye conditions. Daily tasks include performing glaucoma surgeries, conducting patient consultations, and collaborating with other specialists to design comprehensive treatment plans. Additionally, the role involves staying updated with the latest advancements in glaucoma treatment and participating in continuous medical education. Qualifications Expertise in diagnosing and treating glaucoma Experience in performing glaucoma surgeries and related procedures Strong skills in patient consultations and management of complex eye conditions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to continuous medical education and staying updated with the latest advancements in glaucoma treatment Medical degree and specialized training in ophthalmology and glaucoma treatment Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Dedication to upholding the hospital's core values of teamwork, respect, integrity, and compassion Experience in using advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment Show more Show less
