Job Description: FSOL is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Housing Survey Executives to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting door-to-door surveys across various localities within the city to collect critical information for a government housing project. This is a vital role that directly contributes to urban planning and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Field Visits: Travel extensively within designated areas of Hyderabad to visit residential properties. Data Collection: Accurately collect required information from households using provided survey Mobile application. (e.g., tablets, questionnaires). Interviewing: Conduct respectful and effective interviews with residents, explaining the purpose of the survey and addressing any questions they may have. Adherence to Guidelines: Strictly follow survey protocols, data privacy guidelines, and project timelines. Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate submission of collected data to the team lead. Public Relations: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, representing FSOL and the government project positively. Problem Solving: Address any challenges encountered during field visits and escalate issues to the team lead as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of Intermediate/12th Graduate qualification. Prior experience in field work, surveys, data collection, or community engagement is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge on Smart phone is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to converse fluently in Telugu and Hindi; knowledge of other local languages is a plus. Good understanding of Hyderabad's geography and localities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and commitment to accurate data collection. Comfortable with extensive travel within the city. Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Monthly Salary: Competitive fixed pay.
