Gifting Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Gifting Executive to handle the end-to-end coordination of corporate and client gifting activities. The ideal candidate will manage planning, procurement, customization, packaging, and timely delivery of gifts, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional presentation aligned with the company’s branding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all gifting-related activities from planning to execution.
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to finalize gift items based on requirements and budget.
• Manage the customization, branding, and packaging of gifts.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of gifts for events, clients, and special occasions.
• Maintain a gifting calendar and stock of items.
• Handle documentation and reports related to gifting activities.
• Ensure quality control and branding consistency across all gifts.
• Work closely with the marketing and client servicing teams for special campaigns.
• Coordinate bulk orders and maintain vendor relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in coordination or operations (preferably in gifting, branding, or event management).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
