Gifting Executive

Job Description:

• Gift Selection and Sourcing:

· Choosing gifts or hampers based on Client preferences, occasion and arranging for purchase, wrapping and delivery.

· Identify and collaborating with Vendors such as gift suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

· Handling deliveries of gift for events including transportation and set up.

• Providing regular updates on event/gift planning and execution.
• Helping in Organizing and executing events such as parties, religious events, corporate gatherings, and social events including venue selection, Vendor coordination and managing budgets.
• Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, e.g. conducting research or Vendor sourcing and management for corporate/personal giftings.
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, bills, proactive presentations and correspondence.
• Managing vendor databases , bills and important documents.
• Liaising with staff and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Promptness in addressing any issues that comes during events planning or gift deliveries.
• Creative thinking for events and gifts.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring the deadlines are met.
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, clients, and other professionals in the creative and event industry.
• Keeping track of constantly changing industry landscape and products.
• Should be ready to travel.
• Positive attitude and polite nature
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust easily
• Proven track record of being highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Must be proactive, resourceful, adaptable/flexible, analytical thinker
• Should be smart / presentable with good communication skills
• Should have a long term commitment towards the agency

Qualifications: Any Graduates

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
