Job Description

As a Business Sales Lead (Hunting) at Fractal Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in the Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Your focus will be on leveraging your expertise in business development, sales, and account management to propel Fractal Analytics forward. With a track record of success and a deep understanding of areas such as GenAI/AI/Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and digital transformation, you will be at the forefront of identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the GCC space. Your responsibilities will encompass leading Go to Market initiatives across industries within the GCC business unit, acquiring GCC clients in Mumbai/Pune, and managing sales and account relationships within the GCC ecosystem. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for your clients, you will drive white space growth initiatives, cultivate CXO relationships, and generate C-level leads through strategic networking and sales meetings. Your role will also involve consultative selling, negotiation, and transitioning clients to Engagement Managers seamlessly. Collaboration with Fractal's consulting and capabilities team will be essential as you work towards expanding the company's footprint, demonstrating commercial agility, and articulating the value proposition effectively to prospective clients. Your ability to reduce sales cycles, meet revenue goals, and forecast accurately will be instrumental in achieving success in this role. To excel as a Business Sales Lead, you must possess a minimum of 15+ years of experience in Sales and Delivery for Captive environments. Your proven track record of leading and delivering managed services engagements, establishing deep client relationships, and driving advisory and analytics agendas will set you up for success. Proficiency in negotiation, opportunity management, and working across different service lines to add value to client conversations are essential attributes. Hands-on experience in selling to clients in sectors such as Consumer Goods, BFSI, Technology, Telecom, Retail, Pharma & Life Sciences, particularly in Data Analytics, AIML, and Data Engineering, will be highly beneficial. Your interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport quickly, and deliver compelling arguments to executive-level audiences will be critical. A solid understanding of business concepts and dynamics for large national and international corporations, coupled with an ambitious and creative approach to work, will be key to achieving agreed targets and goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.,
