Job Description

In this role as a Business Sales Lead (Hunting) at Fractal Analytics, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the Global Capability Centres (GCCs) by leveraging your expertise in business development, sales, and account management. Your successful track record and motivation will be essential in bringing insights and experience in areas such as GenAI/AI/Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and digital transformation to the table. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead Go to Market initiatives across various industries within the GCC business unit - Acquire GCC clients in Mumbai and Pune regions - Drive sales and account management activities within the GCC ecosystem to scale relationships - Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients for future business and relationship management - Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within the identified GCCs - Cultivate CXO relationships at client organizations and generate C-level leads through professional networking and sales meetings - Convert opportunities through consultative selling, manage negotiations, and facilitate the transition of clients to Engagement Managers - Collaborate with the Fractals consulting and capabilities team to expand the footprint, demonstrate commercial agility, and effectively articulate the Fractals value proposition - Manage and streamline the sales cycle to drive efficiency and productivity **Qualifications and Experience:** - Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Sales and Delivery for Captive organizations - Demonstrated track record of leading and successfully delivering managed services engagements - Proven ability to build deep client relationships and drive the advisory and analytics agenda - Proficiency in negotiation skills and experience in opportunity management - Expertise in working across different service lines to enhance client conversations - Hands-on experience in selling services related to Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Data Engineering - Ability to handle revenue responsibilities and achieve financial goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and deliver compelling arguments to executive-level audiences - Solid understanding of business concepts and dynamics for large national and international corporations - Ambitious individual with the ability to work independently towards agreed targets/goals with a creative approach to work - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Please note that the above qualifications and responsibilities are indicative and can be further discussed during the interview process.,
