Key Responsibilities of a GET:

• Assisting Senior Engineers:

GETs support senior engineers in various project tasks, including design, development, testing, and implementation.

• Project Participation:

They contribute to ongoing projects, performing assigned tasks and learning from experienced professionals.

• Training and Development:

GETs actively participate in training programs to enhance technical and soft skills, including soft skills, technical areas, and induction.

• Research and Analysis:

They may conduct research and analyze data to support project work and provide recommendations.

• Collaboration:

GETs collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

• Problem-Solving:

They learn to identify and solve problems within projects, contributing to project outcomes.

• Documentation and Reporting:

GETs may be responsible for documenting processes, creating reports, and maintaining project records.

• Design and Development:

  Assisting with the design, development, and testing of products, systems, and equipment.

• Data Analysis:

  Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to projects.

• Failure Analysis:

  Investigating and analyzing failures to identify root causes and implement solutions.

• Computer Modeling:

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical )
• Good Communication skills.
• Problem – solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with software/ tools related to your domain.
