(GET) – Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Project Coordinator to join our Projects team. The role is designed to provide structured training and hands-on exposure in project coordination, execution, and monitoring. The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project operations, timely delivery, and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
• Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to track deliverables and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to project quality standards, safety norms, and company guidelines.
• Participate in project review meetings and follow up on action items.
• Maintain records of project activities, drawings, and technical documents.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or delays to the project manager.
• Gain hands-on exposure in project execution, client interaction, and team coordination.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical.
• Strong academic knowledge of engineering and project management fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools (MS Project/Primavera) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.
