Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Residential Projects

About the Role
Namishree Infrastructure & Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees to support our residential projects. The role provides hands-on exposure to construction management, site supervision, project planning and quality monitoring in large-scale housing developments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site supervision and project execution activities
• Support project planning, scheduling, and material management
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
• Learn and apply engineering concepts to residential construction projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with project planning tools/engineering software
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive learner with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
