Position: German Language Trainer

About the Role

ANCONS International, Hyderabad is seeking an experienced and passionate German Language Trainer to deliver high-quality language training to students/professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching German at various proficiency levels (A1–C2), developing course content, and ensuring learners achieve their language goals, whether for academics, business, or travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging German language lessons (beginner to advanced levels).
• Train students for language certification exams (Goethe, TestDaF, TELC, ÖSD, etc.).
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and learning materials tailored to learner needs.
• Conduct interactive activities to enhance speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Use technology-enabled learning tools (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS platforms, etc.) for online/hybrid classes.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles (students, working professionals, corporate clients).
• Promote cultural understanding alongside language training.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in German Language, Linguistics, or related field.
• Certification in German (Goethe-Institut / TestDaF / ÖSD / equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience as a German Language Teacher/Trainer (minimum 1–2 years).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach in both individual and group settings.
• Familiarity with European language levels (CEFR A1–C2).
• Tech-savvy with online teaching tools and digital resources.

• Knowledge of German business etiquette and culture.
• Ability to create customized training modules for professionals/students.
