We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Counsellor to manage and support our Germany-based clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in German, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in Germany, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in German, addressing inquiries and providing updates.

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements with internal teams.

Ensure client needs are understood and met, providing solutions and support as necessary.

Track and document client interactions, feedback, and project progress. Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients and ongoing communication. Address and resolve client issues promptly, escalating as needed.

Collaborate with sales, support, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
