Ravian AI is building Large Action Models (LAMs), AI that doesn't just generate language, but reasons, plans, and executes actions across digital environments. This is not about better prompts. It’s about real intelligence that works alongside you.

What You'll Work On

• Design and deploy LAMs with planning, memory, tool use, and multi-step execution

• Build multi-agent systems with real-time decision-making and autonomy

• Develop contextual workflows across APIs, UIs, and local environments

• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver user-facing AI capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with LLMs and generative AI (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral)

• Understanding of agent systems, planning loops, and execution logic

• Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs

• Experience with vector stores (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone) and RAG pipelines

• Bonus: exposure to cognitive architectures, compiler systems, or robotics
