Role Description

Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop

    RAG-based solutions

    integrating LLMs with vector databases and retrieval pipelines.
  • Implement

    document ingestion, preprocessing, embedding generation, and semantic search

    workflows.
  • Evaluate and benchmark various

    retrievers

    (BM25, dense embeddings, hybrid search).
  • Build and deploy scalable

    ML pipelines

    in production (cloud/on-prem).
  • Ensure

    low-latency inference

    and optimize retrieval pipelines for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate RAG systems into

    APIs, chatbots, or enterprise applications

    .
  • Research and apply state-of-the-art

    GenAI techniques

    for improving retrieval, grounding, and hallucination reduction.


Required Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in

    RAG pipelines

    using tools such as

    LangChain

    .
  • Proficiency with

    vector databases

    .
  • Strong programming skills in

    Python

    and ML libraries.
  • Knowledge of

    retrieval algorithms, embeddings, and ranking methods

    .
  • Expertise in

    prompt engineering

    and evaluation of LLM-based solutions.\
