Generative AI Engineer - Python Programming

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software solutions using Python, with a focus on integrating and utilizing Generative AI models.
• Apply Prompt Engineering techniques to interact with and optimize Generative AI model outputs.
• Design and implement software based on a solid understanding of Generative AI use cases.
• Adhere to and apply knowledge of Software Development Methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Work effectively within a DevSecOps process and tools environment, contributing to automation, security, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-region and global teams, requiring excellent communication and coordination.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for source code management.
• Effectively manage your tasks, prioritize work independently, and organize your responsibilities under time and workload pressure.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and problem-solving.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Mandatory experience in Python.
• Mandatory knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Mandatory knowledge of Generative AI models and their use cases.
• Very good knowledge of Software Development Methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Very good knowledge of DevSecOps process and tools.
• Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good understanding of project management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent soft skills, including communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work under time and workload pressure.
• Advanced spoken and written English is certainly useful for cross-region collaboration.
• Location : Indore, India. This is a Work from Office (WFO) position.
• Relocation : Candidates from other locations must be open to relocating to Indore.
  

Desired Skills (Plus Points)

• Experience with specific Generative AI models or platforms (e.g., OpenAI API, Google AI Platform, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Experience with MLOps or AIOps practices.
• Experience with Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
