We are seeking an AI Trainer and Data Specialist to enhance our tourism offerings through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in training AI models and managing data related to the tourism industry. Responsibilities include analyzing tourism data, developing AI training programs, and collaborating with our team to implement innovative solutions.  If you are passionate about leveraging AI to improve customer experiences in tourism, we want to hear from you!

We have 2 entities we want looked after

We have following components that we think we can improve upon, you can happily help me with correcting my roadmap. We are not tecchies.

- At the moment we are implementing Odoo to help us streamline the entries of clients onto our trips so that it automatically populates our CRM, etc. (but that is just on the side.)

Here is my components that I believe AI could help with:

- Internal process Sales

- Customer journey

Internal Process: (Extremely Manual and old fashioned)

- request comes in via Mail

- Trip designer designs trip on Excel sheet ORGA

- Calculations person takes ORGA, re-enters all data into our excel calcluation and adds values to get to sales price

- Salesperson creates a manual offer where this data is once again entered manually to be presented to the client

- Salesperson created online WETU trip view for client to get inspired.

STEP 1: is it possible to let AI take the Design elements, automatically populate a calculation sheet so calcu person only needs to add values. At same time from same data an offer sheet is created, which can simply be added to an offer

- and STEP 1a: can we then create an online version of the trip for the client to look at

Customer Journey:

STEP 2: Client receives a online version with multiple interactions: Would you like a room upgrade, would you like to take this upgarde hotel for only XYZ.

ok , you prefer this hotel, here are closest restaurants and winefarms, can we add a winetatsing and dinner, or here are best golf courses associated with the property, we have added XYZ, would you like to add more or swop some others out.

- in other words, inspirational selling

- STEP 2a: our agents get a tool where they enter wishes of client and trip already is half built based on entries (we have already done quite a bit of work on cheat sheets and what belongs together to build a trip.

SO I do not know where AI starts and stops, what is a healthy roadmap, that ALSO pays for itself as we scale upwards and onwards.

You have the necessaey qualifications and work experience in this kind of field

You have an excellent and stabel internet connection and PC

You have excellent english communication skills

Your slaary will be industry based and commensurate to your skill level and what you bring to the table.
