Stock Management

• Maintain and monitor general and medical inventory for all hospital departments.
• Ensure real-time data entry of all incoming and outgoing stock using the hospital's inventory software system.
• Issue stock only upon receipt of authorized requisitions:
• General stock: with approval from the Department Manager.
• Medical stock: with approval from the Matron/Nursing Superintendent.

Quality & Compliance

• Conduct quality checks for all received stock to ensure compliance with required standards.
• Report and resolve any discrepancies or issues with received goods.

Inventory Control

• Perform monthly stock audits and maintain stocktaking records.
• Maintain a buffer stock to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Identify items reaching minimum stock levels and promptly inform:
• The CEO (for medical stock).
• The Administrator (for general stock).

Procurement Coordination

• Collect and compare quotations from vendors for replenishing low stock items.
• Submit comparative analysis and recommendations for approval.
• Coordinate preparation of Purchase Orders (P.O.) upon final approval.

Feedback & Reporting

• Gather feedback from departments regarding the quality and functionality of stocked items.
• Report stock usage trends, feedback, and suggestions to management for informed decision-making.

Stock Analysis

• Conduct and maintain ABC Analysis of stock to prioritize inventory control and optimize procurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
