Stock Management Maintain and monitor general and medical inventory for all hospital departments. Ensure real-time data entry of all incoming and outgoing stock using the hospital's inventory software system. Issue stock only upon receipt of authorized requisitions : General stock: with approval from the Department Manager. Medical stock: with approval from the Matron/Nursing Superintendent. Quality & Compliance Conduct quality checks for all received stock to ensure compliance with required standards. Report and resolve any discrepancies or issues with received goods.
