Job Description

Athen Group – Maruti Arena & Nexa is expanding and looking for an experienced GM – Service to head our service department.
Responsibilities:

Lead service team and technicians
Ensure quality service and on-time vehicle delivery
Handle customer complaints professionally
Manage spare parts and workshop tools
Coordinate with sales and parts teams
Prepare daily/weekly service reports

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
