As a General Manager of Service Operations at our company, you will be responsible for leading a team of managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure efficient preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNG dispensers across India. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead nationwide service teams to deliver exceptional maintenance services for CNG dispensers - Resolve customer escalations promptly and build strong relationships with clients - Optimize operations to enhance efficiency and ensure timely reporting and invoicing - Travel extensively across India to oversee service operations and address any issues that may arise - Utilize strong communication skills, decision-making abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure Qualification Required: - B.Tech/BE degree in relevant field Location: - Delhi Experience: - 15+ years in the Oil & Gas, Automobile, or Engineering Services industry If you are interested in this challenging opportunity, please share your CV at swati.shikha@mounttalent.com.,
