To fuel our growth, we are looking out for dynamic Transition Management Professionals. Key Responsibilities Develop and articulate Transition strategy and implementation solution to support Client Business objectives Lead and manage end to end execution of Global Transition programs in accordance with HCL Transition Methodology and Tollgates Define, Monitor and control Integrated Transition Program Plan activities across work streams – Knowledge Transfer, IT Solutions, Quality and SLA, Contract and Change Management Establish and drive effective Risk Management framework across the transition lifecycle Steer Governance reviews and manage communication across senior client and internal stakeholders Motivate and Influence cross functional team members for effective collaboration and problem solving Establish effective Program change control Invest in building domain understanding of the service area and client industry Experience and Qualifications 14-18 years overall experience with at least 4-8 years’ experience in independently managing complex transitions for global clients in F&A/SCM/Industry Verticals. Knowledge of project Management tools like Microsoft Project Professional/Smartsheet Excellent client Interfacing and relationship building skills. Effective communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills Adept in use of Excel and Power Point Confidence and ability to work under pressure and time zones as required.
