Roles and Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective channel management, lead generation, and digital marketing.
Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth in real estate sector.
Identify new opportunities for expansion and develop plans to penetrate new markets.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with expertise in Real Estate Sales.
MBA/PGDM degree from Marketing preferable.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through innovative approaches.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
