Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs for
plots, apartments, and residential villas
.
Prepare detailed
working drawings, layouts, and elevations
using AutoCAD and Revit.
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design integration.
Conduct
site visits
to understand project requirements and monitor execution.
Ensure compliance with
local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
.
Participate in client meetings to understand design briefs and present concepts.
Assist in preparing
BOQs, design documentation, and approval drawings
.
Coordinate with vendors and consultants for material selection and design feasibility.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Degree/Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch / D.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Proficient in
AutoCAD and Revit
; knowledge of SketchUp/Lumion is a plus.
Strong understanding of
space planning, aesthetics, and functionality
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a passion for residential architecture.
