General Manager - Sales & Marketing

• Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies; identify new markets and strengthen brand presence

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales & marketing team of 10 to15 members, ensuring high performance, productivity, and accountability.

• Target Achievement: Drive the team towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with a strong focus on profitability.

• Customer Engagement: Build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve issues effectively.

• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and execute plans to expand market share.

• Product & Technical Expertise: Provide technical inputs on the companys product portfolio; support customization and solution-based selling.

• Revenue & Profitability: Deliver sales and margin growth while maintaining cost efficiency; prepare forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, R&D, and Customer Support teams for smooth execution and delivery.
