General Manager – Sales (FMCG)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven General Manager – Sales to lead and expand our FMCG sales operations. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building distribution networks, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement FMCG sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Manage distributor & retailer networks, ensuring strong market presence
• Lead, mentor & motivate the sales team for peak performance
• Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking & sales forecasting
• Build strong customer & channel partner relationships
• Ensure timely execution of sales promotions & trade activities

Requirements:
✅ 5–6 years of proven experience in FMCG sales leadership✅ Strong knowledge of distribution channels & market dynamics✅ Excellent negotiation, communication & team management skills✅ Ability to analyze sales data & drive actionable insights

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
