We’re looking for a sharp, experienced GM to manage operations for Gourmesserie – a growing premium café & patisserie brand with 4+ outlets (Rajkot & beyond).
Base Location: Ahmedabad (with travel to outlets as needed)
Experience: 5+ years in Café/QSR/F&B Operations
Role Highlights:
– Oversee daily café operations across outlets
– Lead & train outlet teams
– Ensure SOPs, quality & service standards
– Track costs, inventory, and improve efficiency
– Coordinate with founders on new launches & campaigns
– Drive customer experience & team culture
We’re looking for:
– Someone from food/hospitality background
– Operationally strong + team-focused leader
– Fluent in English, Hindi (Gujarati a plus)
– Comfortable with travel & fast-paced setups
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
