Your passion for mobile and web apps, combined with a focus on marketing campaigns, attention to content & design detail, and a drive to impact millions of users daily, will make you a valuable addition to the team. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Lead the P&L responsibility for RU categories, focusing on bottom-line enhancing strategies, optimizing costs, and delivering revenue targets. - Devise innovative user growth strategies aligned with the category's vision and business goals to increase the category's presence on and off the app. - Collaborate with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, provide feedback, and present results. - Identify demand levers by understanding Rent transacting consumer behavior and building offerings around it. - Define user acquisition and retention strategies. - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and analyze competitors" activities. - Deploy successful marketing campaigns, taking ownership of implementation, tracking, and analytics. - Create and execute a robust performance marketing strategy for awareness building and driving conversions. - Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs over time. **Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:** - Experience in building categories from the nascent stage is a plus. - Proficiency in stakeholder management. - Preferred MBA from Tier 1 Business school. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach. - Ability to multitask and handle diverse requirements. - Excellent communication skills for complex negotiations.
