Location: Kharar, Punjab
Salary: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week

Cascade Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is a leading real estate company known for quality projects and strong customer trust. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Manager – Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales department, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Drive customer acquisition and manage client relationships for long-term business growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and implement campaigns for lead generation.
• Oversee site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Provide regular MIS reports and sales forecasts to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance in sales operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in the real estate industry with proven track record in sales leadership.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive sales in a competitive market environment.
