Harman Finochem Limited is an India-based Pharmaceutical Company catering to its clients across the globe, established by Late Mr. Bhupinder Singh Manhas in 1983, our core competencies are in manufacturing and exporting of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients mainly Metformin HCl, Fenofibrate, Divalproex Sodium, Riboflavin Phosphate Sodium, Glycopyrrolate/Glycopyrronium bromide and more. We have two USFDA approved manufacturing facilities at Shendra & Chikalthana, Aurangabad, and API R&D Center at Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai.

We are into expansion of API Green field project at Amravati, Maharashtra location.

We are looking to hire a General Manager with strong experience in Greenfield API projects for our Amravati, Maharashtra location:

• oversees the entire project lifecycle, from conception to commissioning and startup, focusing on planning, budget management, execution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Project Life Cycle Management : planning, design, construction, commissioning, and startup phases
• Experience on developing team and team leadership
• Stakeholder management & Consultant Coordination
• Technical & Engineering Oversight: Oversee the technical aspects of the project, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 20+yrs of experience with strong experience in Greenfield API projects

Qualification : BE Chemical
